WordPress SEO Master is a WordPress SEO plugin that will help you optimize your WordPress blog for the search engines.
Currently it only contains two modules, the Nofollow module and the Meta module.
With the Nofollow module you can tell WordPress to set the rel=”nofollow” attribute on links to individual pages, image links and external links in page content. This is good for preserving and concentrating page rank and page reputation to where it’s needed the most.
The Meta module allows you to change the title tag, add or change the meta description and meta keywords for each individual post or page.
